Lizzie is an acrylic on canvas portrait painted by artist Lindsay Ekstrom. This work of art is completely one-of-a-kind and only one exists. This work of art was completed in 2021.

Lizzie depicts the late British monarch Queen Elizabeth II in an alternate reality where she never ascended to the throne. Elizabeth Windsor was never set to be queen. Her father's older brother was next in line, but he abdicated the throne to marry his American love, which was forbidden for royals, making Elizabeth's father George the next in line to become king. In this work of art, young Elizabeth is depicted as "Lizzie', a 'chavvy' British teen who leads an ordinary life.
