LX Artworks X Cowboys Club

LX Artworks x Cowboys Club is a showcase of the work of Dallas-based artist, Lindsay Ekstrom in collaboration with the Dallas Cowboys Club. LX Artworks is proud to continue its relationship with the Cowboys. The Jones Family, the McCarthy Family, and Mr. Dak Prescott are all existing collectors of LX Artworks.

 

This exclusive showing of a selection from the artist's body of work is only for members of the Cowboys Club and a handful of distinguished guests.

 

On view are five original acrylic on canvas paintings: Frida Sola, Frida in Stripes, ROI, Mr. Rogers, and Monster Majesty. The show also features several unique giclee on canvas prints that have hand-painted embellishments done in acrylic paint by the artist. This show will also feature a never-before-seen altered giclée titled America's Sweetheart. America's Sweetheart is a portrayal of Dolly Parton as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, an altered version of Tough Titty, an existing favorite of LX Art collectors. This work is a nod to the legacy of the Dallas Cowboys and the Cowboys Club.
